About Brunel Coffee Ltd
We can provide maintenance, repair after install and set up to ensure that you can continue to make great coffee for a long time.* With this in mind, we offer a range of services to ensure your machine is in good working order.
We offer our customers:
- Free delivery and installation of new espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment (subject to terms and conditions)
- Free training of staff in the operation and daily care of equipment
- Aftercare, maintenance and servicing of equipment
- Development of coffee menus
- Our range of experience means that we are well-equipped to service your coffee machine.
- Once your machine has been installed and set up, you can reach out to us for any aftercare, maintenance and repair inquiries.
- We can often advise you over the phone how to fix your problem or come in and service it ourselves, depending on the situation.
- Lease purchase and lease rentals can be arranged if required, subject to the usual terms and conditions.
- *Maintenance, servicing, and repair is only offered to customers who purchase our coffee
We do not repair domestic coffee machines.
